My wife is a nurse and needed lunch. I walked into Tubbys on Hayes and 21 mile rd. No wait and the young lady at the counter was very helpful. She is very sweet, and they have a good crew working here. I ordered the steak, cheese and mushroom sub. I got the meal, and the wife said it hit the spot. My favorite sub is the steak and cheese, and I can't think of another place coming close. Check them out and get a sub.

I go out of my way to go to this location! It is super clean and the owner & employees are very friendly. The bread is always fresh! They gave me a free fresh chocolate chip cookie and it totally made my day! Thank you for your kindness. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4f

I just paid $108 for the crowd pleaser platter and a party salad. When I got the order I realized they had only given me famous and ham and Swiss subs even though the crowd pleaser tray is supposed to have ham and Swiss, turkey, turkey club and famous. When I called the store to let them know my order was wrong he said that was how the order was written and he couldn’t do anything about it. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the owner so I said as the owner you should do something to fix it and he bluntly told me he wasn’t going to remedy the situation. Thats the last time I will ever get anything from that store. $108 is a lot of money to spend and not have your order be right. I WILL BE TAKIMG MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. THEY WILL NOT ADDRESS ANY ERRORSnnAnd maybe the employees taking the orders should repeat them to make sure they got them right.
