Ordered two pizzas and boneless chicken wings at 5:36 pm for delivery. Waited... finally at 6:37 after NOT receiving my order I called and was told it was in their heating unit to keep my order warm and wouldn’t be delivered for another 20 minutes at least. (But then our food wold be cardboard). I told him my husband is coming to get it, which defeats the whole purpose of delivery. I am not happy. I asked him to take off the delivery charge and the top i I left. We’ll see if it happens.
Jets has good pizza but you have to watch your order, we called in a order for pickup when I payed my bill they ask me my last four of my phone number then they gave me my order. When I got home my wife said we have the wrong order, so long story short I brought back the order and had to wait for my order. So for 20 minute order it took over 1 hour before are family to eat. Here's the kicker the order I bought back they put it back in the holding box for delivery.
Ordered Jets at 7. We picked up the pizza around 7:30. They gave us a pepperoni deep dish instead of the pineapple deep dish we ordered. I called and spoke to a manager, Mike, who offered to have the pineapple pizza delivered. The delivery guy got here at 9 and told us that we had to swap the pizzas. During COVID. I'm not sure if they thought the customer was lying or if they were really eager to resell a pepperoni pizza.nnWe have been ordering from this Jets for years, but after this we'll take our business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same unless you want to catch COVID.
My favorite Jets in the area. The other Jet’s in the area don’t have as good of pizza tbh. I’ve tried. It’s the pans, usually. There’s a pizza science behind it. I worked at Jet’s for a while, so I know good deep dish pizza when I bite into it.
This location is consistently good they have their issuses every now and again but overall consistently good pizza.
