I placed an order over the phone and was told 20 to 25 minutes. I showed up 40 minutes later, and the kids behind the counter couldn't find my order. Instead of checking with the staff they just kept telling me that this sometimes happens and it could be a problem with the computer in the back. They offered to take my order right at the counter, what a waste of time. I left, I don't spend my dollars at places like this. I told them I wasn't going to return and they couldn't care less. One less customer, they won't get my money. I've ordered from other Jets without a problem, but I will never come back to the 23 Mile and Schoenherr location again.
Can't give them a good review if they don't follow safety standards in a pandemic. Of the six employees I saw, three were wearing their masks properly. One was nose-out and two were going full chin-strap. Come on, folks.nnThe pizza is great; there's no denying that. But safety is SO important, especially in food service. I really hope they get it together.
Awesome staff, extremely friendly and welcoming, pizza is always prepped with a great presentation. Honestly the best Jets location I've been too. I have a Jets closer to my home, but ill always drive the extra 15 minutes to come to this specific location.
Love the pizza and wings. Order from there at least once a week.
Their antipasto salad is pretty skimpy
