This place never has enough drivers. I’ve waited 2 hours before then cancelled. Tonight it was 45 min - heard nothing. When I called it was the same story. Not enough drivers. Better planning on the logistics and recruiting side. Don’t get delivery from here ever.
We had a bridal shower at Stony Creek Metro Park. We ordered 46 special order lunch boxes. They were delivered on time at the park, all orders were perfect, the food was fresh and delicious. Joey was awesome to work with! Thank you so much for helping our shower to be a great success. Would highly recommend this store!
Ordered two subs nether were correct kickin chicken had one piece of chicken on it and just a alot lettuce straight trash soaking wet soggy bread thanks jimmy johns
I work in a building across the street from this location and they took 2 HOURS to deliver my sandwich. Not to mention that it was set up as a “future delivery” for later on that day and when I had called asking where my order was, they told me “oh we don’t see if it’s a future order or not”. Then what’s the point of the feature!? Absolutely ridiculous.
The drivers are like speedy ninjas. Made an order waited by the front door never saw him pull up. Called the store and they said it was delivered. It was there. I was away from the door like 30 seconds.
