Wow, the staff here were amazing! We called ahead about a sound our car was making and when we got there they diagnosed it quickly and were very nice! It ended up being no problem and they didn't try to charge us for something we didn't need. Definitely a great tire shop.
Honestly you can't beat these guys on price or speedy-ness and they just have incredible over the top service in every category. We went all over town and these guys by far had the best price and even took a little off per tire. They were able to get my car in that day AND they were nice enough to switch out all my swollen lug nuts. Thank you!!!!! You guys are the best
I've purchased several tires from Discount Tire. They are friendly, efficient, and affordable. They stayed open late to make sure my flat tire was replaced. They've even repaired tires for me for free! ud83dude03
I arrived on time for an 8:30 appointment. My car was pulled in almost an hour later. I value my time and don't appreciate unannounced delays. If I am an hour late for an appointment they cancel and charge me. Really not satisfied.
Ryan was very helpful and informative! They will continue to be the place I go for my tires/tire problems!
