I took my car in for an alignment, told me my car is too low. When I pick it up, there’s a hole in my exhaust from scrapping! They told me they didn’t touch the car. I literally dropped my car off the day before and everything was perfect minus the alignment!nnEdit: Adam went ahead and called me back and had my exhaust replaced at no charge.

I called yesterday, to have my AC looked at. A gentleman says to me, I cannot today, but if u get here first thing tomorrow we’ll get you in. So I get there first thing this morning 0700, which is when they opened. The guy at the front desk, says nope! you’ll have to leave your vehicle here until tomorrow. I said what? and explained what was said over the phone yesterday. And he said, I don’t know what to tell you. I have 13 cars ahead of you, and we aren’t doing it today............

I’ve been trying to call these guys over and over for 2 hours straight to get an oil change for a family members guy both locations Hamilton and Gordon and they never answer the phone. Poor customer service.
