I was waiting in line for 15 mins. Didnt realize till ingot to the order screen they were closing at 4. So instead of somebody coming out sooner or letting me over the speaker, they left me sitting there for 5 mins and nothing. So i left. I understand it's Thanksgiving but i waited 15 mins. They could have atleast say something or let me know you're not taking more orders instead of leaving me sitting there. That's such poor customer service
Out of peppermint when holiday drinks just started!
The quality and service has always been great.
For how many people that were in line in the drive-through, I got my drink relatively quickly!
I wanted Starbucks but they decided to close at 4 but on their website it said 9pm. So I’m mad because I really wanted some Starbucks. :(
