I had The Best experience ever here. Jill at Piera’s was incredible. Jill was so incredible in fact, that I had thought even if I didn’t find The dress there, I would settle to purchase from her. Fortunately there was no settling, and I found The one with Jill’s help.

I randomly thought,”omg let’s go look for a wedding dress!”They were luckily able to fit me in last minute. Me and my sister thought ohh we won’t find a dress, this is just a let figure out what I like...after four dresses, I found the dress that made me feel like a bride, I started to tear up and so did my sister and the other mom and daughter their! They were so nice to me, I put it back on and kim Grabbed a veil and ugh I was in love! Going back to show my mom and soon to be mother in law!!! Thank you Kim.

The process of buying my dress was fine. The women were very nice and helpful. I bought before covid happened and had to do alterations after. I had a couple issues scheduling alterations, which I was understanding about because of the new rules. Other than that, the process was fine.nThe day after I picked up my dress I realized that on my drive, the dress had somehow melted to the plastic bag they had packaged it in. There were brown holes all over the dress. My pictures were the next day and I needed a solution. When I called the first thing I was told was “once it leaves our shop we can’t do anything.” At no point in the conversation would they help me even for a coast. I ended up finding another seamstress last minute who helped to fix the dress. I paid $2,000 for the dress and there was no offer to help in my emergency situation. I wasn’t asking for any free services. I was asking for help. After that I would not recommend them to anyone. It was a terrible experience and an awful day.

I found out about this Store on The Knot and couldn't wait to give them a visit based on the dresses that I saw on their website. I made an appointment and when I got there everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Kim was my Stylist and OMG, she was the best! I felt like I gained a best friend from the time I spent there trying on Wedding Dresses. She was very nice and accomodating while I told her what kind of dress I was looking for. She worked really hard in making sure I got a good view of each dress I tried on and was very knowledgeable about the Store's policy. This store has some very beautiful Bridal Gowns and I really found one that I wanted to get, but it was out of my budget. I wanted to go back so bad just to give them the business because I appreciate the awesome customer service I received. Definitely worth the trip Brides!

The process of buying my dress was great! The staff was friendly and helpful didn’t have any problems there. My issue was the alterations I paid close to 500 for alterations only to put my dress on and find that they altered it sideways!!! I have lines you can see from the bottom lining of my dress in pictures because there was no way to fix it ... we tried twisting and turning and everything. Thanks for putting a wrinkle in my day!
