I rented a suit for a wedding, when I went to get fitted I was told it would be ready for pick up the day before the wedding. After trying it on everything fit nicely expect for the jacket. When I called to try to get a different size I was told that they wouldn’t be able to get me anything else in time for the wedding. I’m not sure why they tell people to come one day before, but then can’t make adjustments to your suit when it doesn’t fit correctly. I’ll be going to the wedding and not be able to life my arms above my waist. Beyond irritated!!
My fiancé had a appointment at 6pm today. When he showed up for the appointment it wasn’t written down so there was some confusion. The sales rep he had belittled him and told him that the bride should come in to check everything over. The sales rep wasn’t education on the colors offered for the vest and ties. She was rude when he asked to try on a suit to wear for his wedding day. This sales rep obviously needs more training.
Zach is a legend. He was incredibly knowledgeable about a world I know next to nothing about, and made what I thought would be a miserable time (finding a suit for a funeral) much more pleasant. Thanks Zach.
The salesperson, Amber, was amazing in helping me find something for what I was looking for. On top of that she was very personable and friendly
This was our first time at Men's Warehouse and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Amber was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. We were in and out of there within 20 minutes and felt good about all of our decisions. We definitely recommend this place as well as Amber. Thanks again!
