Was told by multiple associates that Jared would be in all day on Thursday and would be available to drill a bowling ball, and that he would be in all day. I was told at 12:55 that he would be in a 1. 15 minutes late he told me that he didn't have time to drill a ball, and technically they don't drill balls anymore despite the signs in multiple places saying they do. I like old him I'd like to return the ball, and he said fine, then went to the back knowing he was the only manager there and would be able to authorize the return, which meant I only had to wait longer. Glad to see people still appreciate being employed these days.
I suggest going to the Dunham’s in Rochester hills. The staff in Rochester is extremely accommodating. I go there quite often however, when I go to this location, there is a man who needs to be trained in customer service. It makes me not want to go back.
Large variety of sporting good products. Competitive prices!! One of my favorite stores.
Staff was very helpful. Selection was okay. Trying to find shoes for a beginner tennis player. Was not successful.
The staff and managers are awesome had a issue with a purchase and they took care of business the manager was professional and friendly that location is far from my home but they where the only store that had the bike I've been searching for ud83dude0a it was worth the drive I live in Farmington Hills. Thanks for everything......
