Went there during the color tour and amazingly was able to go up without other visitors(surprising w all thr hotels sold out and hr-2 wait for restaurants) well guess he thought it was his perfect opportunity to propose !!!! I'll never forget this little spot. Really cute gift shop attached to the bottom. Def a must stop
Don't know about the tower - the place is a TOTAL touristy souvenir shop! All the kitschy stuff you could ask for! We didn't climb the tower (costs a dollar to go up) but we did buy a patch or two.
Well worth the visit......uf you're not afraid of heights!
So many stairs but so worth it!nLove seeing all the names and dates all over the walls
