I had originally went to Grace Elizabeth Bridal with a friend a couple months ago, who was looking for a gown for her big day. The shop was very nice and I couldn’t believe how many options there were! That being said, I made an appointment for myself and went a few weeks later to look , as I’m getting married as well. Grace spent so much time with me and my mom one-on-one during the appointment , and I felt like she really cared about what I was looking for. I didn’t make any decisions that day, because I knew I wanted to go to one of the big stores downstate as well to look. I actually ended up getting a beautiful gown downstate, but after buying it; I couldn’t help but to think about two of the gowns I had tried on at Grace Elizabeth. I made another appointment, and Grace gave me and my mom the same amount of attention as she did before- in fact, she encouraged me to come back to try things on again, walk around in the dresses, and be sure I found something I loved! I didn’t ever feel pressured or rushed while I was at Grace’s store- I felt like she had the best intentions out for us, and was truly passionate about what she does. I’m proud to have shopped local, and I am so thankful for having went to Grace Elizabeth- I found my dream dress!

WOW!! Grace is SO nice, the store is SO clean, the dress variety is SO incredible! This is one of my absolute favorite bridal shops! We had local champagne, home made cupcakes, home made charcuterie board, and waters for our 2 hour appointment! It's an experience every bride should have! Please please put this on your list as a place to make an appointment at and see these dresses and meet Grace!!

I made an appointment with Grace Elizabeth Bridal on Feb 28th for March 6th using their online scheduling system, as was the indicated method on their website. I received a confirmation email that night and then on March 5th, I also received a reminder email of my appointment. When I showed up to my appointment, I was about 10 min early and when I went to the door, it was locked and the whole place was dark. I tried calling the phone number listed on the front of the building. It rang and then went to voicemail, which was full, so I couldn't leave a message. Thinking that perhaps someone would be coming in specifically to meet me for my appointment and that maybe they were just running late, I returned to my car and waited until a few minutes past my appointment time before trying the door again. Yet again, the place was dark and the door locked. I decided then to send an email to the one listed in the window and that's when I received an automatic reply email stating the shop was closed until March 16th. It was really upsetting and disappointing especially considering my mom drove 3 hours to be present at the appointment with me. I definitely will not be attempting to make another appointment in the future.

This was the most incredible experience. There are all sorts of different dresses to choose from, and Grace gives you all of her time and assistance for the time that you're there. I could not have asked for a better experience picking out my dress with all of my loved ones there. Grace is so helpful and sweet, and the dresses are gorgeous and reasonable. I could not have asked for anything more!! Thanks Grace!!

WOW. I felt like I walked into a Favorites Pinterest Board for wedding dresses. My name was on the door when we arrived, welcoming us. Grace was passionate, professional, sharp, personable, and experienced. Her selection of dresses and designers is amazing; classic, timeless, and stunning. My experience at Grace Elizabeth Bridal made me feel excited, beautiful, and I found the dress of my dreams. Well, five actually! What a fantastic business in Sutton's Bay, close enough to Traverse City, offering top notch, affordable, varietal options, without being overwhelming, for those who want to stay local.
