NM Solar Group - Las Cruces

We are satisfied with our solar install. The sales part was more informative than a sales pitch; no pressure. The install was quick and non-intrusive. The only thing that did take a long time was to receive the permits and getting the meter installed.

I’m looking at greeting some solar panels. It’s between 2 companies. Why should I go with the NM Solar Group than the other company. Can anyone help me. Would greatly appreciate it from you all with this long term commitment. Thank you

One of the worst companies I had to deal with, poor communication from start to not even finish, its been an ongoing project from August 2019 when all started, and I closed with the salesman until April 2020 not finished yet still waiting, countless of failed inspections by the city, never the same electrician or contractor always someone different to take care of the project. Jesus, the sales guy, was always professional, nothing against him; he always tried to assist, but nothing he can do with the project. If you can avoid going with them, do it. Unfortunately, I can't give them 0 stars. update- after all the hoops finally they deliver and the solar panels work great. Jesus always follows up.
