Let me start by saying that I love Jet's pizza. I have driven great distances, passed many other pizza places to get it. I don't mind paying the somewhat higher prices for a good quality pizza and have ordered from the Imlay City location for over 20yrs.nnThe problem is around 2yrs ago the quality began to drop. It is now so bad and the staff so unpleasant that I have decided I will no longer buy pizza from this location.nnThis was not rash decision based on one experience, anyone can have a bad day. This decision was made taking dozens of visits and pizzas in to account.nnWe had a good run and now it is good bye.nn-George

The pizza was good but the service from the runner was very rude. I told her a number, which I thought was correct and my last name. Well she ran my card and told me the amount and I said that was wrong. Twice she said that is the number you gave me. Yes I did that was my fault. The third time she said it I snapped back with yes and I gave you my last name. I am polite until you continue with the attitude. I work with the public and never had time off for COVID but I still know that people make mistakes and should be respected. I still left here a tip but am truly disappointed

Wanted to order a small salad at 8:40 pm normally when I order a salad it takes 5 minutes to make. Would not make one for me said they were walking out door. They still had 20 minutes till they close.

The workers should be more clear when I call and place my pick up or.see!!! TOO CALL WHEN I ARIVE.Because the lobby is CLOSED! Work smarter not harder to who ever running food out at 11:50 am November 5th 2020. Think about your poor poor attitude you may have not gotten one back! Have better days!!!!!!
