I found a hair in my pizza. I called asked to speak to a manager. She was super unprofessional... didn’t even apologize for there being a hair in my food. Didn’t even try to make it right just said “if you want a credit you have to bring in the pizza”nI told her I don’t care about the credit I wanted you to know there was a hair in my food....n“okay thank you”nnWish I would have caught her name. Absolutely terrible. And I was super friendly!!! I don’t get it.nnTerrible customer service.
Phoned in my order. Picked up at drive through. Great food at reasonable prices!
Missed a topping on our pizza . Called and I think her name was Mandy ? SUPER nice and fixed the issue . Regular hot readys not my fav there but pizza to order delicious!
I have stopped here frequently as Im in the area most weekends. Not only does this location charge more, they hit my card yesterday for triple the amount, thats right 3 times I was charged. My 25$ doller charge shows on my bank statement 3 times, over $75. Unfortunately it is easter and they are closed. Lets see what happens on Monday.
breadsticks are usually good but both bags were burnt as well as the pizza.. not a great stop choice that day
