Front of house took my order without a mask on, which is a health code violation right now. Not sure if management or ownership is anti-mask or too far removed from the actual business to realize that employees are blatantly putting customers at risk, whatever the case I won’t be returning to this location. $5 and change is a great deal for a pizza, but I would gladly pay more somewhere else if it means I have my safety taken into account. Not to mention, if they’re blatantly disrespecting health code to customers’ faces, I am glad I don’t know what goes on in the back of house.

So I ordered 4 pizzas last night. I had a deep dish Hawaiian. The 3 pizzas were ok but the Hawaiian tasted weird. I ate just 1 piece. Waking up today I decided to warm a piece up thinking it was my taste buds off last night from eating sour candies. Well today I got a distinct taste of dish soap. Very overpowering. I had my husband taste it and he agreed. Unbeknownst to me my daughter ate a piece last night and tasted something weird and thought it was her ranch and didn't eat anymore. So I have the pizza left minus 2 pieces and Call to let them know. The Manager tells me I'm lying when I tell him it tastes like soap. My husband said to me maybe someone washed their hands right before making the pizza. Anyways I don't know the reasoning I just know it tastes like soap. Well the manager was extremely rude laughing and telling me oh well nothing we can do about it because the policy is that you have to return the day of so even if you get the pizza and don't eat it till later and they are closed if it's not taken back the day of purchase oh well. Moral of the story no more Lil Caesars for our family because this policy is unreal in many instances.
Pizza is hot, fast, and AWESOME everytime. Keep up the good work!
Came in at approx 1PM on Feb 15 and the man working had no mask on, not even around his chin. Totally unacceptable during a pandemic, you guys deserve to get shut down. The pizza was terrible and old too.
