Domino's Pizza

I had placed an order online for pickup this past Saturday. When I arrived, I waited in the car while they finished my order. While parked up front, I noticed that everyone had a mask on except one guy. This happened to be the manager, who was also wiping his nose, not wearing gloves, and touching his glasses.. all while kneading dough and touching other condiments. I recorded a video in case I needed to show it and as I suspected, I walked in and explained what I saw but got no remorse. Instead, he immediately claimed he wasn’t doing any of that, and insisted on seeing the video. Even without a pandemic, this is a serious health hazard. While I was explaining how this was appalling behavior, he continued to ask if he could remake the order or refund me my money. I told him that I didn’t want to give the impression that I was looking for a handout. He continued asking what he could do, in which I replied that he could start by putting on his mask. At this point, one of his employees came up behind him hurling insults at me and giving the impression that he wanted to fight me. The manager had to wave him off so there wasn’t a confrontation. I had also shown him the heart monitor that I now wear due to heart complications caused by covid and why this was so concerning to me. In this day and age with “Karen’s” everywhere, I did my best to stay calm and not cause a scene because I’ve worked many customer service jobs where I understand the struggle. Instead, this was the service I got while calm and it’s extremely disappointing to see. I will be reaching out to the BBB and every possible avenue I can so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Since this is owned and operated by STA management group, I’ll be contacting them as well. I know times are tough, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be excused.

The best Domino's with the best people.. Except that one guy. They should take him off phones. But dont let him prevent you from getting one of these immaculately made pizzas, filled with love AND cholesterol. The perfect comfort food during an apocalyptic pandemic whilst the world loses their minds. For a brief moment when i took a bite i forgot all about the World. I think i saw Jesus.

Very unprofessional they need new management! We ordered a pizza, sub, garlic knots, chicken ceasar salad and wings. Guess what we got three of our items and my pizza was destroyed. When I tried to approach the supervisor calmly he lied and said he delivered our wing's but no mention of the sub. Refuse to give me a refund and corporate number. I left the pizza up there. A hour later he sends a driver to our house with a wrong pizza we ordered, no wings and sub still. I told the kids to toss it we don't know what they may have done to it. We never had this big of an issue when we order from them and we have be doing it for almost three years. Just terrible consumer service and product. We ordered from Fannie's that night. 46.00 dollars wasted on dominos.

These workers are always short staffed and they struggle but ALWAYS deliver a great product on time hit and fresh. Kuddos to you hard workers especially that nice African American woman who opens by herself!!! She’s working for two people and does so with such efficiency!! Shame on the owners who keep a lean staff to save money. These workers deserve a raise or a bonus for working double time / doing the work of two and three people alone.

I order from this Dominos all the time online and usually they are fairly prompt and the delivery people are quite nice. I am writing this about a certain employee who would not give me her name. This was at 1245pm on Sat October 31 2020. After ordering food delivery at 11:16am, I called and inquired why it had not arrived, this was around 1220pm. She told me that it was Halloween and she only had one driver, she was very short with me and then hung up the phone. I waited another 20 minutes and called back and she gave me the same excuse, she did not apologize, she was very factual stating this was not her problem or fault that I had to wait and hour and a half for food still not delivered. She told me she would refund my money but offered no confirmation and refused to give her name. I had better see that refund on my account within 48 hours like she claimed. Obviously the staff needs to be better trained and they need more drivers.
