Stayed in Cabin 2 and really enjoyed it. Its a very cute, small cabin, with quick access to the lake. We had everything we needed to cook the simple meals we brought with us. We had a great view of the lake from the picnic table/ fire pit area, as well as the picture window inside the cabin. Air conditioner kept the bedroom cool enough to sleep on a hot/humid night. The beach is extremely rocky which makes for some incredible rock hunting, but definitely bring good water shoes- something that is well-strapped to your feet with a good sole. Old sneakers may be best. Otherwise its like walking on legos =)

The location is awesome!!! You can even access the OHV trails from the campground. Only issue is that it wasn't cleanest campsite. It want horrible, but guests don't pick up every piece of garbage, before they leave.

The campground is gorgeous...nnBut when we showed up at 5pm on Friday. There was somebody in our spot. We weren't accommodated at all and had to wait in our vehicle for 2 hours.nnWe also confirmed our reservation a few days before.nnNo real apology, no compensation.nnThe water that comes out of the spicket is absolutely filthy. I would not touch it without a filter.nnWe also overheard the owner talking about having e-coli issues in the past.

Quiet campground. Has spectacular views of Lake Superior. Beautiful rocks all along shore line. Found a few small yooperlights there.
