Great clothes with reasonable prices. Unfortunately, shipping time is extremely slow - well outside of their quoted shipping time. Each of my last 4 orders have taken over a month to receive. They pull shipping labels and then orders sit in processing for additional time. I wish they would update their information so they set realistic expectations or reach out to customers when orders are delayed. I had one order take over 2 months to ship. No contact from customer service, until I reached out after a month. I was then told it would ship the next day - it didn't. After a week, I reached out again with no response, then emailed again a week later. Response was they didn't have blanks for the shirt I had ordered. Now waiting on another order and we are a month out. They are VERY active on their social media, unfortunately not on their shipping. After several delayed orders, I likely won't order again.

I'm not sure I have purchased clothes for myself from anywhere else in about a year. I have one section of my closet to my dress clothes from here and one drawer of graphic tees. And it's not because of anything other than the fact the clothes are so soft and I am always going for them first. Customer service throws it above amazing for me. So happy I found them! Also, go by sizing suggestions in comments of items, because it has been spot on every time. ❤❤

Almost my entire wardrobe is from Fresh Apparel. Great staff, quick response, always bringing in new items. Very friendly too. I am quick to tell anyone who compliments my clothes to shop at Fresh Apparel.
