I have never left a review before but this experience was horrible. I wish I could leave 0 stars horrible customer service I had problems with a pair of my leggings (I had the receipt) and instead of figuring out a solution right away I was accused of washing and drying my leggings (I have always hand washed and hung dry) and I was accused of working out in them. (I purchased the align Leggings which aren’t supposed to be worked out in) I had to stand there and defend myself to this lady which was absolutely not worth it when you pay over $100 for a pair of leggings you hope to get better customer service.

Staff is incredible and extremely helpful- always a great experience.

I don't usually take time to leave bad reviews but I'm bummed about the customer service here! I bought some items online that had a really odd fit (super nice materials but they seemed like they weren't constructed/sized properly) anyway... I didn't realize that they were not returnable (they were sale items), regardless, the guy working the desk could have been nice about it but he was super rude and arrogant. You'd think a t-shirt with an $80 SALE PRICE would at least come with a little kindness... Oh well... guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Peace out Lulu!!
