The store was clean and well staffed. Kelsey was great at helping us sort through questions and finding the items we were looking for.nnThe space is relatively small - I’d recommend going off peak hours and your experience shal be as good as ours was.
I came in to make an even exchange of an item I bought online and they did not honor the extra 30% off I recieved from ordering online. Same pants, just needed a different size. She said she couldn't manually take off the extra 30%.. lies, poor customer service..
They have a great selection of clothes. The clothes are high quality, the staff is friendly and helpful. You can use your Gap/Banana/ Old Navy money there, so it can be very affordable. I wouldn't say it's a cheap place, but it's very fun to shop here.
Bought a pair of pants I haven't taken off yet two weeks later. Store was cramped and difficult to maneuver in but staff was friendly. Seemed to not have well defined check out area (it's a little hidden).
The staff at this store are FANTASTIC! Helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I found what I wanted. Lauren is fabulous! Thank you!
