Billy boys in Sioux City is horrible! Feel free to share. I have never had such horrible customer service! Everybody loves their onion chips and dip. I waited 10 minutes for them making me late for an appointment. Then they didn’t give me my dip. If you’ve ate them you know you need the dip. I couldn’t turn around so I called to let them know their mistake and so if they were cold they needed to give me new. The “manager” was horrible. Absolutely refused to do that because they gave me a tub already and not their fault! WHAT!!! I wasted gas, time and money at that establishment how is it not their fault. So I get there and they say we will call the owner to see. I waited just to have them say the owner said I had to pay for it. said she said no. So I decide to talk to the owner through Facebook messenger. She did say I could come back to replace or refund after I was over half hour away. It’s completely the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Food is great but if you order chicken make sure you ASK for napkins. Lol
Online it says they were open til 10pm. I arrive in their drive thru at 7:45pm and there is a line. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, the car in front of me orders and pulls ahead. As soon as I get up to the speaker we are told that they are CLOSED! So I leave. I immediately call them and ask them why I was turned away after waiting in line for 15 minutes. They tell me rudely that they are closed and their speaker shuts off at 8pm.... Now this is place has an older speaker but I HIGHLY doubt that it's capable of just shutting off.nnFor a mom and pop place... If I was the owner that person would be fired.nnBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE MANAGER.
I have loved Billy Boy for decades, but tonight they refused to take orders from the dozen plus cars lined up for drive thru 3 minutes after 8pm closing. Great food, but no service, with rude employees. They lost over $700 in sales tonight because they don’t care about loyal customers!
