Little Caesars Pizza

Got poorly made food and the manager (Olivia) refused to replace the product after being incredibly rude. She gave me back the poorly prepared food that she had touched with her bare hands. I received a refund after complaining about the lack of proper service. This is not the first time I’ve had problems at this location. Go to the LC on Saginaw near frandor, as they are amazing and have much better quality and customer service. Olivia could not have been more rude or unreasonable.

The half pizza half cheesy bread pizza for 6 bucks is godd*** amazing

I tried calling about 20 times in the last hour as I’m certain I dropped/left my keys at this location. Nobody ever answered the phone. I’m devastated by their lack of customer service.

We come here often for our kids on pizza/movie night and tonight I was very pleased. A gentleman helped my husband carry his order to the truck because he has a torn rotator cuff.

Let me start by saying I’ve been in food service for a decade. I am very aware that 99% of the time customers complain about an employee, it’s the customers fault. This is not one of those times.nnThe stuffed cheese bread is my favorite. I get it all the time from many locations. Tonight, we ordered some and it came with basically no cheese in it. Don’t get me wrong, there are times where it’s very low cheese but I never complain cus I’m not petty. But tonight it had literally no cheese. It was like normal crazy bread but hollow.nnWe went in and asked very kindly (again, my boyfriend and I are both customer service workers so we know how hard it can be. We are never ever rude) just for new bread. The employee, Olivia (bright orange hair) claimed that she did put cheese in it and refused to make more. My boyfriend said “there isn’t. Can we just have some néw bread?” Olivia picked the bread apart with her bare hands to show us there was cheese. And refused. She said she would make it initially but then apparently called the manager and the manager said to not give us new breadnnHe came back outside with the picked apart bread. I told him to go back and try get our money back at least. He did get but she was incredibly rude about it and tried refusing that too.nnI wrote this before reading the other reviews but after doing so now, it’s very clear this place is only still open due to its good location, not it’s food or service. Make the trip to a farther away LC, it’ll be worth it.
