Ordered a deep dish pizza with 2 items in store yesterday. Recieved a regular round pizza with sauce on top. Will not be back but really wanted to try the deep dish pizza
Dont order on their app. The order tracker will say that your order is ready to he picked up but when you arrive they will tell you they dont have it. Despite you showing them receipts and order confirmations they will just tell you it's not their problem. Stay away. With all of the other pizza joints in the area you are better off ordering from a place where you know they will actually make your food.
The pizza is always tasty from this location, orders have always been right. The staff is great too.nnHowever, they've been understaffing lately and it's been a long wait every time I've come. They're always behind and typically only have one person working! One! Not the employees fault they get behind like that. It's making me want to look elsewhere until they have at least a couple people on staff.
Ordered online for pick up said 15 to 25 minutes. Got there in 25 minutes and not even in oven yet. He explained he was the only person working and apologized said about 15 min. I went back to car for about 25 more min and went in and waited 5 more minutes. I felt very bad for employee cuz obviously whoever does schedule has no idea how to do their job. Do not recommend especially during football playoffs on Sunday.
Staff was courteous but....the pizza was like a piece of cardboard with items on it. No cheese visible. Used to love Pizza Hut. Not anymore!
