They seem to open and close whenever they want without changing the sign in their window or their website. I've attempted to come eat here dozens times over the last 2-3 years and can say I've been successful probably 8 times at most. Better off going to one of the other 3 or 4 Jimmy John's in East Lansing. The staff is much nicer at those stores as well. Don't waste your gas money on this one because they're probably not open.

At the Hannah plaza location in East Lansing Michigan. I ordered 2 subs on the phone at 1132am today for delivery.nNothing said to me about an long wait time.. I called to check on order at 1220, I was then told only 2 delivery drivers and that it was on its way. Called again @ 1pm and was told it was going to be there any minute. And at 119 finally cancelled order after being told there was still 8 deliveries in front of me. Nobody cared about the service I was receiving. Every phone call I made nobody even cared or apologized. Tried to write a complaint on the website but this location is not an option.

This is the best Jimmy Johns in East Lansing. The workers are always respectful and outgoing, no matter the hour. I walked in with a couple of friends at 4am after working out, and a female worker made sure to keep the conversation flowing. She was extremely friendly and we all left very happy. Best Jimmy Johns I’ve been to in the country hands down.

Absolutely awful late delivery. I ordered at 2:45pm. Food did not leave store until 3:37pm.nManager would not compensate at all.nThey are 0.6 miles away. Shameful.nSo much for freaky fast. ud83dude15

Ordered because I heard Jimmy John's was famed for their speed. Order took almost 1 hour to complete.
