We ordered an extra large barbeque chicken pizza. It was very good. They told us it would be 20 minutes before we could pick it up. When we got there there were at least 8 to 10 people waiting for their order. They had a sign on the window that said only 5 people could be inside to wait. They were getting orders out fairly quick for as many people they had. Will go back again.

Sauce is a little bland, so you really need to add a lot of toppings. But the topping are fresh and the pizza is great

Staff inside and delivery person were friendly and helpful. Delivery arrived quicker than we were told. I tried their cauliflower pizza and it was rhe best that I have had!

First time I went here it was 5 stars. Last time was 1 star. Forgot to put my order in so I waited in the store for 30 minutes to get my pie that I had ordered 30 minutes before that. They seemed to really be struggling, even though there were at least six employees at all times. Several other customers approached the counter to inquire about their food, some more than twice. I love Jets brand and hope this was an off night. I will adjust my review after my next visit.

How many times have your ordered pizza? If you live in East Lansing, that number is most likely high. I have NEVER in my life had a service that has forgot my order. It has been 2 hours of waiting until I called and I was offered no money back, just another pizza I have to pick up myself at full price. They don’t care about their customers, it’s just another day on the job for drivers, employees, and management. Consider the many other options East Lansing offers before coming here, you’ve been warned in the most honest way possible.
