It depends a lot on who the employees are when you order but when you get the best people on duty the pizzas here are AWESOME. Best in the area and worth twice the price. When you get lucky you hit the jackpot at this location when the quality is sky high. So darn good!n(on a bad day you may as well just get a $5 cheap pizza from the place nearby)

Received a pizza that required about a quarter of a roll of bounty to soak up all the grease from the bottom. It was extremely soggy.nnWe asked to get a replacement and we’re told we wouldn’t get it until about a half hour after they closed. So I returned the pizza for a refund. At no point did the staff or manager apologize for my inconvenience.nnThis was a bad enough experience with such awful customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again.nnOh and before you tell me to go to your website already sent the complaint in.

We had an unfortunate experience when Hungry Howies had to rely on Door Dash for delivery due to a HH employee being out sick unexpectedly. Order arrived very late, cold and disappointing. I told the manager about our experience the next day and he was super helpful and understanding! Ordered again last night and meal was perfect. Salads are better than you would expect from a large chain. Will order again for sure. Thank you Hungry Howiesud83dude01

Wanted to order pizza and have my mother pick it up on her way to drop the kids off at home... was told that I can’t pay with my debit card over the phone. It’s 2020, what kind of pizza place doesn’t have the ability to accept cards over the phone? Apparently the answer is only hungry howies! This will be the last time I even attempt to order from there again. Get with the times HH!nnUpdate: I was sent a link to the hungry howies website, figured they would be a coupon or something asking me to try them out again. NOPE! They wanted me to fill out another review there!!! Hardly customer follow up if you ask me. It’s truly no wonder this location has such a poor rating!
