This store is excellent. Their knowledgeable staff does an amazing job. I highly recommend Playmakers. Their sidewalk sales are great as well. When I first came into the store, I saw higher prices than I was used to. Upon further investigation, I found that the lines of shoes that Playmakers sells is of a higher level than the discount stores. With that in mind, I found their prices to be quite accurate on like products.nnMy sons and I have flat feet that need motion control shoes. Each time I am in the store, I have a few options to choose from.

Staff is very helpful and do not try to pressure you into a sale. It's reminiscent of the type of service you would have gotten in a shoe store thirty years ago. I have had great luck with the shoes and boots I have purchased here. They seem to be much more durable then box store shoes. Now the down side, this is not the place to be thrifty, expect a large price tag on most of the products. The quality of footwear, and service, does help it to balance out.

I was looking for a specific shoe made by Brooks and found it at Playmakers for a great price. Ordering was very easy and the person who took my order was very polite and friendly. The shoes arrived in a reasonable amount of time, esp. considering they shipped during one of the midwest's really bad winter storms. I love my new pair of Brooks and when I need another pair, will definitely look for them on Playmakers' website.

An associate from Playmakers called me about my order and helped me select a new brand/style of shoe when my original selection became unavailable . My order was ready and waiting for curbside pickup as promised. Most importantly, I love the fit, style, and performance of my shoes. I really appreciate the personal service. Highly satisfied!

It's amazing how simple and easy this shopping experience is every time.nnMy order shipped same day and was here a couple of days later. The sales, the products and the service were all top notch.nnI've got four extra pairs of Brooks shoes on hand right now, but if I'm in need or the sales kick in again -- I'll be returning to Playmakers without hesitation.
