I don't normally shop here, but popped in today to find some new clothes as I had an unexpected jump in pant sizes. The ladies were LOVELY and absolutely WONDERFUL!! I didn't catch either of their names, but one had short blonde hair and the other had gorgeous green hair! They were incredible and helped me find comfy alternatives to help suit my upcoming changes (; Maurices has 100% earned my business and these ladies deserve a raise without a doubt.

I was very disappointed at the available stock in this store. As a card holder and regular Maurices online shopper, I love to shop Maurices, so I came in just to see what was new and available. Nothing I saw online was here. I found only a couple items to try on and walked out with nothing. I wasn’t told of any sales going and they didn’t have a lot of jeans, something I needed. Just placed my order online instead.

I was in the store in the middle of January, and brought both of my kids with me (every mom's nightmare). My first goal was to find a new top for myself as we were going to celebrate my birthday this year for the first time in several years, but as I got to poking around, I quickly considered an entire new outfit (we mom''s deserve it every now and again). Someone greeted me right away, and pointed me in the direction of some jeans that caught my eye, the kids were acting absolutely crazy and none of the employees had any issue with it, they were all very patient. One of the employees, I believe Chelsea, was AWESOME with the kids, she spoke to them directly (kindly), and sort of played along which made my experience better. Eventually, this employee more or less helped me play dress up for over an hour, trying to mix and match ideas that I had or she had, and come up with SEVERAL outfits. I didn't mean to spend as much as I did, but the employee experience here was great- way better than I have had at other stores. I will absolutely be back in the future. Great job Chelsea!
