This Foot Locker is the worst Foot Locker I have been to. The customer service was the worst I've ever had and I work in customer service everyday. I would be ashamed to work there or even run this place. You should really take a look at who's working in the front of the stores.
We were told one price then rang up for higher price and was going to charge my son $40 more. Nope. Also no receipt given to my son for his order (he's young. He's learning.) Thank God the shoes showed up that we ordered in store. I was told to call customer service to get a receipt. Waited on hold for 32 mins and didn't talk with anyone. Next time we will shop online somewhere else because customer service might be better. Seems like the store would want to keep the customers coming through the doors rn?
Great selection of shoes! The store was clean, prices were comparable to finish line, cheaper than playmakers. Cori, our salesman, greeted us warmly, was helpful and friendly!
