The mall was dead but American Eagle was at capacity with less than 10 people inside today and a line of almost that many to get in. I'm sure the mall makes the rules, but how can these stores make money?!

I had the most frustrating time ordering online from american eagle. I went into this store, the manager was the most helpful and helped me to figure out my order and helped me to exchange jeans that I had been trying to exchange for forever. She was super nice and understanding. And even gave me a discount for my inconvenience. Would highly recommend going to this store.
