I took a break from this Domino's after having a terrible experience 2 years ago. I had a extremely late, completely messed up order and when I asked to have my money refunded I was told that they would have to come back and pick the pizzas up first. I left the pizza out on the porch for pickup. The next day, it was still there and I called again asking for a refund and was told the same thing. After 2 days of no pickup and no refund I decided I wasn't using this location again. Fast forward 2 years later and I decided to give it another try because I had received gift cards. Even though I have a Grand Blanc mailing address, the GB location doesn't deliver to my home because I'm technically in Burton. The first delivery was good and what I would expect so I was hopeful maybe they had improved. Ordering again yesterday on my own dime, proved to be another bad experience. It took 2 hours to get my food and of course it was cold and dried up by the time it got here. Unfortunately this will be the last time for us. There are too many other good and reliable pizza places around to waste $60 on this place.

I've been using them for years. One of the only places left in my area that will accept cash at delivery. I order online with delivery & everything's been correct except forgetting my sauce often. Pleasant delivery drivers too! The tracker is not accurate though. It will show that they're checking your order for 30 minutes. If it shows they're on the way, they don't tell you about the 3 stops before yours making a 10 minute drive 30 to 40. It has been hit & miss since covid but they're trying to keep up with minimal employees.

I love the sub sandwiches here especially chicken bacon ranch they have good boneless wings and their Pizza is not that bad. Molten lava crunch cakes are great

Hate this place. Don't spend my money there anymore. Wanted 3 pep and jalapeno, got 3 pep and pineapple. Asked them to pull off the pineapple. They wouldn't, asked that I buy 3 new pizzas to change a topping they wrongly placed on my food.

I'm gonna say, my last few orders, has been a lot better experience, than in resent past,nSo keep up the nice people and getting better with orders,......... To be continued......
