I paid for my pizza on mon 29th of march and i never got my pizzas. They own me 48.11 . i was suppose get refund back but never happen and its been 3 days. They lost my business so does door dash.
Very concerned about this place. The last time I was here the Workers weren't wearing face mask and was talking and laughing over food as they were making and boxing it up. Customer service is not that good, pizza want the best. The last 3 to 4 times my husband and I ordered from here or pizza either want made right or the order was not ready in the time frame that was given to us.
I would give this no stars if I could, I order from here all the time and I have tried to give them so many chances but everytime our order is messed up and the workers are not friendly at all. I personally work in food service as well and I would never treat a customer like they do and would never make that many mistakes. Like don’t y’all scan the orders in? So how do you forget stuff there?
Got my order wrong. On the upside lunch specials were hot and fresh after waiting for 13 minutes. Wish they had fountain pop as an option.
