I've have a wonderful experience everytime I'm there. The staff and owners helped my daughters pick out their boards and showed them some tips in the parking lot. I love that they're getting the youth involved and bringing the skate scene back to the Flint area. I definitely recommend you buy your skate gear from Brush Alley. Buy and shop local. Support your local businesses.
We brought our 12 year old daughter there for her birthday, to customize her own board. There was so many options! Great inventory! They carefully helped my daughter put it all together. She even got to press her own bearings. She loved it! They have super cool apparel as well. Got all my kids some gear. I was so impressed with their service, for Christmas I ordered some more apparel for my family. When an item fell out of stock before shipping, they called me and replaced it with an equivalent item of their choice. I received the package quickly, and love what they selected. A++ shop! I had been looking for awhile for Powell Peralta Natural Deck Old School Chinese Dragon Deck and couldn't find it. I live in Florida and accidentally found their website and BINGO they had it!
