Our family rented 4 of the travel trailers back in Sep. 2020. We had a wonderful time and we were blown away by how friendly, personable, and accommodating the owners were. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Katie even took my kids on her ATV around the park, just to make them happy. We love this place and definitely plan to be back. It was very quiet and I was very surprised how impeccably clean it was. I even took a look at the bath houses before we left and they were spotless. This place is a gem, the owners make all the difference in this place being a wonderful RV park.
We make this an annual trip! You can tell right when you pull in that the owners take pride in their campground and love the visitors they have! Every year it has been very clean and properly maintained. It is a quiet campground, which we enjoy! Thank you for years of great memories!
All I have to say is it's not for familys that want to enjoy each other after the kids go to bed. We were literally told to whisper around the campfire after 10... Don't even think about laughing or you'll get a talking to. There must be long term campers that dictate what goes on in the Campground. The owners just walk circles around your campsite in the dark stalking you. Not to mention we reserved 6 sites together, and when we came to check in they gave us 2 sites half the Campground away. We won't be back, and recommend anyone that enjoys literally good clean family fun around the campfire after 10 to stay away. There are more accommodating places around who will let you enjoy your stay. Don't waste your money here.
We stayed a week at the Indian River RV Campground. The grounds are very well maintained and we really enjoyed all of the natural shade. Seems almost every site has tree cover. The kids really enjoyed pool and the play ground area. Also, the four washing machines and dryers are not your typical coin operated machines. These are modern machines with flat rate price for each load.
Though I didn't set up camp here I did use their dump station for $10. I do, however, plan on staying here next time I camp up north. There staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus it's a great place to take your children. They have a gorgeous built in swimming pool and also a nice playground. I snapped a few photos while there.
