No mask enforcement. I won't go back
They were running around with no masks the last 2 times I went. Used to be great...not now???
I've visited this particular store several times since returning to Battle Creek. I have always found the product I'm looking for, without a problem; or, when necessary, I've gotten help from the staff: promptly, efficiently, courteously, and with knowledge.nIn comparison shopping, the prices are, overall, better than elsewhere. I've not used the pharmacy, as the VA supplies my prescriptions. However, friends who do use the pharmacy have commented positively on the service received.
Went in on the way taking my underage daughter to school,was purchasing cough drops and a combo Dayquil/Nyquil. The kid at the register would not sell them to me because my child did not have an i.d. I understand the whole abusing cough medicine among teenagers, but when a 41 year old man and his 16 year old daughter (you can tell we are related) use some discretion. A parent should be able to buy their child the medicine they need.
Extremely slow service. I've been waiting 30 mins in the drive thru and then coming inside after getting tired of waiting outside. Currently still waiting in the store and seeing the same people in the drive thru that were in front of me. Completely unacceptable when it's not even busy
