So, what a wonderful experience I had this evening shopping with Ashley. I can not express enough how accommodating she and the rest of her staff were. As someone who's experimenting with gender and my sexuality shopping as a male for my female persona has always been a rather uncomfortable experience. Without me having to say anything as to who I was shopping for Ashley made me feel comfortable enough that I was able to shop confidently and tried on nearly every item I bought, which is a first for me, and probably the first time everything I took home fit perfect and I left feeling confident that I wouldn't regret any of my purchases. I am a person that desires that level of customer service and I will be back because of her enthusiasm, demeanor, and exceptional level of professionalism. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
Not for the timid. Staff approaches customers constantly. If you would rather shop in private, this may not be the store for you. The staff is friendly, and there is a wide variety, but some higher end toys that cost $100+ end up breaking (electronic issues) and its a waste because they dont back up the products they sell and the manufacturer doesn't either.
Very nice small store.
I purchased a classic womanizer vibrator, spent alot of money on it. The night I purchased it I came home and tried turning it on and it wouldn't, tried charging it.. and it didn't charge. Wasn't even able to try the product out and noticed they sold me a floor model that was already opened and being touched by everyone. I will not be shopping here any longer.
Staff is super pushy, like car salesmen. The store is stocked with some awesome stuff however they never run specials. Also, beware they push their coupon book however you can only use one coupon at a time even if u are spending hundreds.
