The woman at the checkout was do very friendly. I got everything I needed
Man, there are who knows, 30 lanes, and 4 cashiers. 2 of those cashiers compete yearly for the World's Slowest Cashier award. Never go here if you're pressed for time, you might end up with one of them. Great prices. Friendly faces.
Some of the employees don't wear a mask or don't know how to wear a mask AND you don't enforce mask wearing. All for the buck.
Selection is lacking. The grocery section of this store occupies about 1/6 of the total square footage. Produce section is small. Meat section is adequate. Dairy section was low on stock. The brand selections for most of the areas of the grocery section are limited. Nice deli area. Bakery was adequate. Wine selection is dismal. No hard alcohol at this location.. Hannaford grocery is right next door with better choices.
I live in skowhegan and frequently stop in to get groceries at hannaford's.. there seems to be a new woman as an assistant manager and she was absolutely amazing to work with kind patient knowledgeable I wish I could remember her name! I will go back again simply to see her.
