We visiting the Skowhegan store on 03/28/2021. The employee working upstairs in the men's section was very helpful. I was interested in the Made in the USA line and he showed me where they are located and explained the product coding so I could determine the exact factory that the shoes were made in. A thank you to the helpful and proactive employee and a thank you to New Balance to committing to keeping these factories running. If you have the funds, it is worth it to select from the Made in the USA line. Reminder, if something costs twice as much but looks twice as good and lasts three times as long... you didn't pay more money for it, you paid less.
Always great friendly service. My husband wears a size 17, and they have a great selection for bigger sizes!!
Great selection, nice service. Not quite the discount we used to find, but all in all, still some great bargains to be had. And I love their sneakers, so it's all good.
I have been going here for years. Great selection. They carry my husband's shoe size which is a big plus for me. The staff has always been friendly and extremely helpful.
