I showed up with cash to look at used cars. The saleswoman couldn't tell us details about the vehicles, was unsure about which vehicles in the lot were in their inventory or for sale, and couldn't talk prices, but agreed to have someone call us that afternoon. That was a couple weeks ago and no one ever called. We visited great dealerships and some ok ones, but this was the worst. Also the asking prices were 15-30 percent higher than others. 30 percent is no joke! We did get a great deal on a quality used vehicle, but not at Hight Ford.

Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! They even delivered the new car to me an hour away. Great friendly honest people.
