A short, calm stroll through the spruce/pine forest brings you to expansive views of Lynx Pond. The trailhead is well marked from the Katahdin Loop Road and there’s even a newly constructed viewing platform. I highly recommend this spot for reflecting, bird watching, and moose spotting.
