My husband and I just purchased a 2020 F-150 Lariat truck. We absolutely could not have been more pleased with the service and attention we received! They worked with us on a fair trade-in price for our old truck and came up with a very agreeable package for our new truck, despite a few hiccups on OUR part! Who forgets their checkbook and Title? Had a great experience at Ripley and Fletcher Ford. I wanted a very specific F250. Mike searched all over the North East to locate what I wanted. When we could not locate the truck I wanted we sat down and built the exact truck. Once the truck was built I met with Joe (the owner) and discussed the price. This was the first time at a dealership that I felt I got a fair price without having to negotiate to get what I thought was fair. A few weeks later my new F250 showed up, just I had built. The perfect truck for my needs at a great price. Ripley and Fletcher Ford is a great dealership and I will definitely be back next time I need a vehicle.

After seeing a bronco in stock on their website I called to test drive it, sales told me they would have me in it by lunch. Two days and 6 phone calls later I lost track of their excuses and never got a test drive.nnThey never followed up with me either. I went to Rowe Ford in Westbrook and left the same day in my new Bronco! It was refreshing to not be lied to, to just to try and get my business.nnVery shady sales crew at Riley and Fletcher. I will never do business with them.

Great place to buy me and my wife got a used 2015 ford focus worked with Mike he got use in it the same day and the finance lady is supper nice she explains everything very well we have worked with Jake in the past too very nice people to deal with I will definitely be back to purchase again in the future.
