I can’t thank Jim enough for getting me back into my locked apartment! Not only was he super quick to arrive but he was personable and even offered to make me a couple spare keys! I will definitely be calling him for any future needs. I highly recommend his services!

Our front door latch was sticking and not opening. Jim came the same day and luckily had the parts for this 14 year old door assembly. He was very knowledgeable, professional and proficient. His attention to detail applying the same color screws made it look like the original. Additionally, he made us some new keys and had some of the fancy keys for our Baldwin assembly. I would highly recommend his services.

I phoned Jim in the morning and he got back to me within minutes and fortunately had time to come to rural Farmingdale within the hour. That’s service! He got right to work, asked if I’d wear a mask while I interacted with him and executed the job(s) with proficiency, skill and professionalism. I wholeheartedly award Foothill Lock & Key five stars. Job well done.nnOnce again Jim came to my rescue. It’s impossible to open a door once the catch latch gives. Mister Jim was able to release my door and get me into my inaccessible basement. Thank you, sir.

Somehow my old door lock did not lock well and I went out without locking but I could not open it when I returned home. I called Foothill Lock & Key and he came less than 10 minutes! His rate is excellent and service is super. He immediately opened the door and changed the deadbolt lock for security. It took less than 10 minutes, too. Wow, his service is amazing, I was lucky I could get his help a day like today with a lot of snow & freezing temperature!
