Called and spoke to receptionist who took a message for generator repair. Two weeks later no return call so I sent a follow-up email. It’s been nearly a month and I’ve still not received a response. I would have appreciated a response even if it was to let me know that they weren’t interested and/or unable to work on my generator. This is terrible customer service. I ended up contacting Augusta Fuel Company who was responsive and able to fix the issue.

This company is very friendly and efficient. They come almost immediately when a problem occurs. That's excellent service
