The absolute best experience! The woman who answered by call for help was lovely. The gentleman who arrived very quickly was not only incredibly nice, but he solved an issue that another person had failed to. He did it efficiently, double checked that it had in fact worked and charged much less than I expected (truly less than my shop would have). I cannot recommend them enough!! He even called later to make sure it had stayed fixed! You can't find better than that! We wish we lived close enough to have all of our RV work handled by Ellsworth RV!!nnUpdate: we sprung a leak...he came back and once again got us fixed up! I cannot recommend this lovely couple's mobile repair enough! Best service!!!

Prompt and efficient mobile service! As RV newbies, we were having issues with our black tank. I called and spoke to Selina who was lovely and Bernie was out to our campground within 90 minutes. He knew exactly how to solve the issue and kindly answered all of our questions, better than our own dealer back home! So thankful to have had them around to help us out. Anyone who needs an issue resolved in the area, call Ellsworth RV and they will take good care of you!

I don’t usually give bad ratings to businesses, but we have had an issue with the Ellsworth RV place starting last year just after Randy sold it and he continued working there for awhile. Randy came to fix our AC as it only was working in the bedroom area and not the living room. When he left it was now only working in the living room. The new owner came to look at it and we agreed to wait until summer for him to repair it at no cost to us. He came back this summer and said he wasn’t to sure about how to fix it but he would check with someone that might know. Never heard from him again. My husband called again and talked to a lady who was very rude and said it was Randy’s fault and they weren’t going to do anything about it. At this point, my husband was a little upset and the lady said, so sue us and hung up. Needless to say, there went our money. I just wish they had said we really don’t know how to fix this and let’s compromise some how. But no, their reply, just sue us!

Great service!! Came out on a Sunday afternoon. My issue took multiple visits by tech Burnie, needed to order a new inverter. Installed today. He was promp and courteous. Charge was very reasonable.

Amazing service! Had an issue with house batteries not recharging and Randy showed up within minutes of my call. He was extremely professional, thorough, methodical in his problem solving technique and diagnosed the issue in a very short time. Randy was respectful of my RV, careful not to mar or damage the home as he worked. He explained everything in detail to me as he worked. Ellsworth has a great resource here. I heartily recommend them for any type of RV repair service.
