I would recommend Ben Grant to anyone who needed a very good Worker's Compensation attorney. Ben is a very caring and knowledgeable attorney. He and Heather are also very nice people to work with. They always call back in a timely manner and have the answers you need. No question is silly to them. He honestly is working for your best interest. Thank you Ben and Heather for all you have done for me.

Ben Grant came highly recommended, and that recommendation far exceeded my expectations! I met with Ben and Heather at their office, which was welcoming. Ben was calm and direct and very thorough, and he put me at ease as soon as I walked in his office. Heather is not only easy to work with, she's efficient, prompt, and knowledgeable. I never had to wait for a response or an explanation to any of my questions. Besides her excellent work ethic, she was honest and direct but with compassion. They took a huge weight off my shoulders, and I greatly appreciate the attention they gave to me and my case. I couldn't have asked for better representation! Thank you!!

I had a Workman Comp case that lasted about 6 years. Mr. Grant was very supportive, informative and available during that time. He took the time to explain the process at every step and was always willing to explain further when clarification was needed. He and his team quickly resolved concerns regarding medical issues and payments. Mr. Grant and his team work for their client as a priority making them feel important and listened to during a difficult time of mental, emotional, and physical setbacks.

His staff, especially Ben’s Paralegal Heather Gosch, was always there to help me along the way. Ben’s legal expertise helped navigate through a very difficult process. You literally cannot find a more competent, more compassionate law office than that of Kaplan & Grant. Their whole team is phenomenal! I can't ever thank them enough.
