We came to Ben after my husband experienced an on-the-job injury after working for his company for 45 years. The employer tried to claim the injury was not a direct result from the job, and refused to pay long-term disability. Additionally, we could not get workers comp coverage because of the company claim it was not work-related. It was a nightmare! Ben was fantastic, he negotiated for us with the long-term disability insurer and was able to settle for a very fair amount. Without Ben, we would have been at the mercy of the company’s insurer and would have faced a financially-challenging retirement. We recommend him whole-heartedly.
