Well the other reviews are right, the employee is very unwelcoming and off-putting! We didn't even ask to see any of the Skimask and KGB stuff we wanted to see because we could tell it would be a inconvenience to them. But don't worry fellow head shop shoppers, Blazin Ace down the road got us hooked up with a few dope headies, they'll hook ya up too!

I'm really sorry to say I had a bad experience here. The glass selection is beautiful and my friend and I came in to look around. We were in the store for approximately 15-20 minutes. The girl behind the counter was on her computer the entire time. She looked up and didn't even say hello. My friend left sooner than I did; we both work in customer service, I've worked in smoke shops, and I would have been fired for ignoring someone who came in to look around. There was a dabber I was thinking of buying for another friend's birthday and a couple things I was interested in for myself. Honestly, if the girl behind the counter had so much as said hello I would have at least purchased the dabber. When my friend left she looked up again from her computer. I stood in the middle of the floor and she went right back to looking at her computer without a word. Suffice to say we went elsewhere to make purchases. We were there September 7th.

Always my favorite place in Portland for glass. All local Maine-blown glass. Workers always very friendly and helpful.

Visited this glass shop last week on my first visit to Portland with a friend who was looking to get a glass piece as a gift and I to purchase CBD oil. She was ecstatic at their selection of items and how beautiful everything was. The issue was there was one counter girl to help us and guess what?! I truly believe I would've had to pull a fire alarm to get her attention. She sat curled up in the corner on her laptop, never looking up, never greeting us once, as we walked around to every case, even to a front window, unlocked, case containing $200 priced items which I was able to pick through without her even noticing. This establishment lost two very high priced sales due to their employees neglect to meet even the simplest of customer service basics. Walked down the block and purchased several things from a competitor with exceptional hospitality as soon as we walked over the threshold.
