I am extremely impressed with their service! Not only do they have a very wide selection of high quality teas, but they really show that their heart is in what they do. Each time I have gone in I have been greeted with enthusiasm, and they are always willing to help me pick out something new to try. As a beginner to gong fu style brewing, it's very helpful to have someone who will patiently guide me through the different styles and flavors of tea, and I always appreciate their input on flavor notes and brewing advice. Overall a great experience, and it definitely takes away the bitterness of running out of tea!
Amazing place! Tea options are incredible, delicious and varied. Wonderful Asiatic inspired tea time snacks. Atmosphere is the most relaxing in Portland.
My girlfriend and a friend of ours all visited this location. I have always been told that the staff were super friendly and that the tea was amazing. We arrived a little over an hour to when their store was going to close and got some serious attitude from our waitress which was unwarranted.nnGood experience overall and great place to bring a friend to have a conversation over tea.
Perfect place to chill! Got lots of work done here; the relaxed atmosphere and creative seating certainly helped. Will definitely be back to get work done or meet friends!
