Really excellent food! The atmosphere is excellent and the owner is a truly nice and fun person. One of my favorite places on the east coast!
Olive Cafe has excellent Mediterranean food! We discovered this restaurant a couple of weeks ago (we're new to the Portland area) and we have already been back two more times! Olive Cafe will definitely be on our list of restaurants we visit regularly. All of the dishes we have had have been delicious. Here are a few off the top of my head: Chicken Kabab Plate, Vegetarian Sample Platter, Chicken Gyro, Roasted Cauliflower (really love this one) ...nSeriously, grab a chicken gyro and a side of cauliflower for lunch, and you'll thank me. If you order takeout, eat it immediately while it's still hot. Eat it in your car if you have to. So good!
